Welcome to the World cup 2010 South Africa.

It’s your time to be a part of this great event for South Africa.

The match schedule runs from June 11th to July 11th 2010. A whopping 200 teams entered but only 31 will qualify and enter the world stage.

There are a number of FIFA partners which include adidas, coca cola, Emirates Sony and VISA.

There are also a number of FIFA World Cup Sponsors namely: Budweiser, Castrol, Continental, McDonalds, MTN and Satyam.

The National Supporters include but is not limited to FIFA.com of course, FNB, neo, prasa, Telecom and 20centres.


As you know the World Cup 2010 will be hosted in South Africa and is dotted around a number of cities and venues. In Johannesburg we have Soccer City Stadium and Ellis Park. Mbombela Stadium in located in Nelspruit which can hold up to 46,000 people.

Soccer City if you did not know holds the largest number of a whopping ninety-four thousand people. The second largest is Green Point Stadium based in Cape Town which is on the edge if you are looking on the Map. Green Point can cater for a crowd of approx seventy-thousand.

The Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane is closer to Nelspruit which is further North within South Africa. Situated near into the middle is Free State Stadium in Mangaung/Bloemfontein. In Nelson Mandela Bay / Port Elizabeth we have situated Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium which is closer to Green Point.

Durban Stadium, incidentally in Durban hosts similar figures to Green Point (70,000) Fans. Makes sure you check out the uShaka Marine World which offers a world of ocean activities for your enjoyment. The wild water rides is something to remember. Who says the Dolphins don't remember you?  It's the adventure of a lifetime. Indeed, it's the 5th largest aquarium in the world.

Next, we have the City of Rustenburg with the Royal Bafokeng Stadium which is very close to Ellis Park and Loftus Versfeld  Stadiums. The England Football team with be camped in this location at Bafokeng Sports Campus.  The Loftus Versfeld Stadium is based out of Tshwane / Pretoria.
